Thi Phuong Anh Tran, born on May 12, 1983, is a dedicated and compassionate leader from Vietnam, currently serving as the CEO of WORD OF LIFE Europe. With a strong background in academia and international management, she has accumulated over 15 years of experience as a Ph.D. university lecturer and international manager in both Vietnam and Germany.

Phuong Anh's humanitarian efforts are a significant part of her life's work. She has been deeply involved in organizing WORD OF LIFE events aimed at fostering a prosperous and loving community. These events, held in Ho Chi Minh City in 2023 and Hanoi in both 2023 and 2024, have positively impacted numerous individuals, spreading hope and support across these regions.

Her dedication and contributions have been recognized by WORD OF LIFE, with CEO Nguyen Thanh Nhan presenting her with prestigious awards, highlighting her exceptional leadership and service.

Rev. David Quach to be Honored as Humanity Ambassador at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024

DAVID QUACH, CEO of Word Of Life USA-Canada, as one of the honorees for the Humanity Ambassador award. The prestigious award ceremony will take place during the WCH Royal Summit at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas on August 14, 2024.

Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, the founder of WCH and Chairperson of the summit, extended her congratulations, stating, "We are honored to recognize Rev. David Quach for his unwavering dedication to humanitarian efforts and community service. His work has positively impacted countless lives, and we are proud to celebrate his contributions at the WCH Royal Summit.

David Quach, born on September 14, 1977, is a passionate and committed leader from Vietnam, currently serving as the CEO of Word Of Life USA-Canada. His life's work reflects a deep dedication to humanitarian efforts and community service, exemplified by his various impactful initiatives. David's journey began in his senior high school years in 1992, when he started serving in church ministries, a path that led him to earn a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in California in 2007. That same year, he was ordained as a pastor by Lifelink International through Adonai Nissi Church in San Jose, California.

David's humanitarian activities are a testament to his unwavering commitment to helping others. From 2009 to 2011, he was instrumental in building country roads, providing haircuts, and bringing doctors and pharmacists to deliver medical care and medications to various areas in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam, benefiting over 100 people in each place. In 2011, he provided essential supplies such as money, rice, food, and warm clothes to flood victims in Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam, aiding around 100 people. In 2013, David extended his humanitarian efforts to the Philippines, supplying dried food and mosquito nets to victims of the Yolanda Storm.

David's contributions have not gone unnoticed. In 2010, he received an accolade from the Tien Giang Provincial Government in the Mekong Delta, recognizing his efforts. More recently, in 2024, he was honored as a Humanity Ambassador by the World Service Authority in California.

David's greatest dream is to help young people realize their dreams and become influential figures who inspire and uplift others. His motto, "Helped to help," encapsulates his philosophy of paying forward the support and guidance he has received throughout his life.

David has served as a preaching pastor with Assemblies of God in Vietnam since 2008 and later as a pastor at Edmonton Vietnamese Mennonite Church and H.O.P.E. Church in Canada. In 2022, he became the Pre Planning Director for Arbor Memorial Inc., and in 2024, he assumed his current role as CEO of Word Of Life USA-Canada. Beyond his professional and humanitarian work, David enjoys camping, reflecting his love for nature and the outdoors.

Dr. Noemi Frias to be Honored as Woman of the Year at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024

Noemi Frias, born on September 24, 1960, in Canada, is a multifaceted leader known for her significant contributions to education, community service, and business development. As the President and CEO of Capstone House LLC, she has established herself as a prominent figure in her field. With a background in Biology, holding both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from De La Salle University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas - Pan Am, Noemi has a solid foundation in scientific research and education. She also holds an MBA and a Certificate in Philanthropy and Non-profit Management from Rice University.

Noemi's humanitarian work is extensive and impactful. As an Adviser and Founder of Alpha Active Knights (AAK) in Houston, TX, since 2009, she has led efforts to plant and maintain trees, clean parks, and assist international communities through various outreach programs. This initiative was recognized by the City of Houston, which proclaimed July 9 as AAK Day in 2012. Additionally, as the President and Co-founder of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston (FACCGH), Noemi has promoted entrepreneurship and facilitated local and international business opportunities, earning January 19 as FACCGH Day in Houston. Through her role as Adviser and Founder of AECHS STEM Academy, she has provided education to at-risk, minority, economically-disadvantaged, first-generation college-bound students, enabling them to earn a high school diploma and an Associate degree before pursuing a four-year college course.

Her contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the US Congressional Plaque of Appreciation for her work in STEM education for underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students, awarded in Washington, DC, in May 2015, and the Texas Senate Award for Outstanding Contributions to STEM Education, received in Austin, TX, in May 2017.

Noemi's biggest dream is to establish a trade school for the poorest of the poor, providing free education and training to the youth, helping them secure jobs, and becoming productive and proactive members of society. Her motto, "Everybody deserves a seat at the table of plenty," reflects her commitment to inclusivity and empowerment.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Noemi migrated to the US in 2002. She has continued her work as an educator, science researcher, grant writer, STEM specialist, business consultant, and entrepreneur. She provides leadership not only in STEM education but also in the development and management of Chamber of Commerce programs and initiatives, serving as Chamber President and National Secretary of the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce. Noemi’s dedication to community service, education, and business development underscores her life's work and her enduring impact on society.

Mr. Loloy Reyes to be Honored as Community Leader of the Year at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024

LOLOY REYES, Chairman and Founder of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston, as one of the honorees for the Community Leader of the Year award. The prestigious award ceremony will take place during the WCH Royal Summit at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas on August 14, 2024.

Loloy Reyes, born on January 18, 1958, in Canada, is a distinguished business owner, community leader, volunteer, and advocate. With a background in Business Management and Economics, Loloy has built a remarkable career in real estate, helping middle and low-income families achieve their American dream of homeownership. As the Chairman and Founder of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision.

Loloy’s humanitarian efforts are noteworthy. In October 2022, as the Head of a Trade Mission to the Philippines, he facilitated 2 billion pesos in investments, significantly boosting local MSMEs and providing numerous job opportunities. His role as Outreach Director for People Caring for the Community Inc. in November 2013 was pivotal in raising $700,000 for super typhoon Haiyan victims in Tacloban, Leyte. Additionally, as President of the Houston Millennium Lions Club in December 2007, Loloy raised funds for scholarships benefiting underprivileged but deserving students in the Philippines.

His exemplary service has earned him numerous accolades, including the US Congressional Plaque of Appreciation for Exemplary Humanitarian Service in January 2014, awarded by US Congressman Al Green, and the Houston Volunteer Award for Community Building and Development from the City of Houston in 2016.

Loloy’s biggest dream is to promote trade and ease of doing business between third-world countries and the US, fostering economic growth and development. His motto, "If we understand that it takes a village to raise a child, then we must also understand that it takes that same village to support the adults so they can better take care of the children," underscores his commitment to community building and collective effort.

Gerri Schroder, born on June 12, 1964, is a dedicated public servant with a rich heritage and a profound commitment to her community. Growing up in Southern California, she was raised by her Japanese mother and American father, alongside her brother and three sisters. This multicultural upbringing instilled in her a deep appreciation for diversity and community service.

Throughout her career, Gerri has made significant contributions to public service. She served on the staff of former United States Senator Richard Bryan, former Congresswoman Shelley Berkley, and Congresswoman Susie Lee. Her dedication to her community led her to serve on the City of Henderson City Council for three terms, the maximum allowable in the State of Nevada.

Gerri initiated the Henderson Community Cleanup Trailer, organized the AANHPI Heritage Festival, and hosted scam protection events for seniors alongside Congresswoman Susie Lee. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed, earning her accolades such as the OCA Las Vegas Community 88 Funds ICON Award and being named one of the Distinguished Women in Nevada. He has made significant strides in humanitarian efforts, notably building hospitals and wellness centers in Vietnam, establishing tuition assistance programs, and creating support networks for business and community members to collaborate on charitable projects. His work has positively impacted over twelve thousand members across forty countries.

Reverend Nguyen has received several accolades for his contributions, including the Golden Heart Award and the Humanity Ambassador Award, recognizing his tireless efforts in improving the lives of others. His motto, "Work hard to make enough money to serve those in need and bring love to everyone around the world," reflects his unwavering dedication to his cause.

Looking ahead, Reverend Nguyen plans to build five thousand centers in poor countries by 2027 to provide free healthcare, establish thousands of loving homes, and support people with disabilities. His vision is to continue bringing joy, hope, and tangible assistance to underserved communities worldwide.

Hon. Victoria Seaman to be Honored as Guardian of Honor at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024

 


We Care for Humanity and the Royal Maharlika are pleased to announce HONORABLE VICTORIA SEAMAN, Councilwoman and Candidate for Mayor of Las Vegas, Nevada, as one of the Guardians of Honor of the 5th edition of the WCH ROYAL SUMMIT. This prestigious event will be held at the Flamingo, LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, on the 14th of August 2024.

Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, founder of WCH and Chairperson of the summit, extended her congratulations, stating, "We are privileged to present this honor to Councilwoman Seaman. Her dedication to public service and community leadership has made a profound impact on Las Vegas and beyond. We look forward to recognizing her contributions and collaborating on initiatives for global welfare.

Victoria Seaman is a dynamic leader who champions practical solutions over the ineffective policies of the past. With rising crime rates and homelessness affecting neighboring cities, Victoria is dedicated to ensuring Las Vegas takes a proactive approach to maintain safety and stability.

Elected in a special election on June 11, 2019, to serve Ward 2, her term was initially set to end in 2021 but was extended to 2022 following Assembly Bill 50. She secured re-election in June 2022 with 55 percent of the vote, extending her term to 2026. Victoria holds key positions on various committees, including the Debt Committee, Yucca Mountain Nuclear Repository Committee, and the Southern Nevada Water Authority (Alt). She also chairs the Audit Committee and advises Chamberlin University and the American Melanoma Institute.

Originally hailing from California, Victoria is proud of her Hispanic heritage, descending from José Antonio de la Guerra y Noriega. Since moving to Nevada in 2005, she has served in the Nevada State Legislature, representing Clark County's Assembly District 34. Her roles included Southern Majority Whip, Vice Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, and Chair of the HOA sub-committee. She holds an associate degree in Political Science from the College of Southern Nevada and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies with a minor in Family Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Victoria has been a vocal advocate for lower taxes, reduced regulations for small businesses, guardianship protections for seniors, human rights, and animal welfare. Her community involvement includes volunteering with Friends of Parkinson's and receiving numerous awards for her leadership and advocacy, such as the International Christian Academy Community and Leadership Award and recognition from Marsy's Law.

With 26 years of business experience, Victoria's entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail have been key to her success. She holds real estate and business broker licenses in Nevada and has successfully founded and sold day spas and high-end skincare product lines. Ms. Belynn to be Honored as Woman of the Year at the WCH Royal Summit, Las Vegas this August 2024


We Care for Humanity and the Men & Women of the Year Awards are thrilled to present MS. BELYNN LAM, CEO and Founder of Lam Global Investment and Consulting LLC, as one of the Women of the Year at the 6th edition of the WCH ROYAL SUMMIT. Belynn Lam is the CEO and Founder of Lam Global Investment and Consulting LLC. Born on April 19, 1996, this 28-year-old Asian American leader has a passion for traveling, humanitarian work, and learning about different cultures. Belynn thrives on networking with like-minded individuals dedicated to global humanitarian efforts.

Belynn's dedication to humanitarian work is evident through her involvement in several impactful programs. From 2019 to 2021, she contributed to the Housing and Disability Advocacy Program in Orange County. She also served as the Director of Supportive Care Services Foundation from 2021 to 2022, and in 2023, she became the Youth Coordinator for We Care for Humanity.

Her efforts have earned her notable recognitions, including the SOAR Certification from SAMSHA Department in 2019 and the title of Humanitarian Ambassador from the World Citizen Authority in 2024. Belynn's biggest dream is to improve lives and well-being worldwide, leaving a lasting impact on others.

Guided by her motto, "Lead by example; to make a change, one must take the path less taken by," Belynn has over six years of experience as a social worker. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, and has dedicated her career to serving disinvested communities. Her work in the nonprofit sector and collaboration with various organizations demonstrate her commitment to raising awareness and enhancing programs for vulnerable populations.

Hon. Bella Aurora Belmonte to be Knighted by the Royal Maharlika at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024

 


The Royal House of Luzon Tagalog, also known as the Royal Maharlika, and We Care for Humanity (WCH) are pleased to announce HON. Bella Aurora Belmonte, the Honorary Consul of the Philippine Consulate in Las Vegas, as one of the knights and honorees of the Knights of the Royal Maharlika. The majestic knighting will be held during the WCH Royal Summit at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas on August 14, 2024.

Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, the founder of WCH and Chairperson of the summit, extended her congratulations, stating, "We are privileged to present this award to Hon. Bella Aurora Belmonte. Her genuine servant and transformational leadership have significantly contributed to the community, and we eagerly anticipate her continued impact on global welfare.

Hon. Amie Belmonte is the Philippine Honorary Consul and a multi-awarded leader known for her genuine servant and transformational leadership. Born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, she grew up in Hawaii and moved to Nevada in 1997. With a Master's Degree in Public Health, focusing on Administration and Gerontology, Amie has worked with the Hawaii and Nevada State Legislatures. She made history as the first Director of Homeless Services for the State of Hawaii and the first Asian Director of Aging for Southern Nevada, managing multimillion-dollar grant-funded projects and building a Family Resource Center. 

In 2001, she founded Senior Resources and Services, LLC, a pioneering company in geriatric care management, marketing, and consulting services, setting a model in the healthcare industry. Amie is deeply involved in Christian ministry and biblical education, serving on the governing board of New Hope Las Vegas church with her husband, Leo. Together, they are passionate about global philanthropy and local civic projects. 

Amie's leadership extends to the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA), where she has served at state, regional, and national levels. She co-founded and led the Filipino American Political Organization with Equal Representation (FilAm P.O.W.E.R.) and has been an advisor to numerous associations. She is also an accomplished author, with her Amazon Best Seller "Dawn of a New Day: Stepping into Your Divine Destiny," and a sought-after inspirational speaker, coach, and curriculum developer. 

Her exemplary leadership and charity work have earned her numerous accolades, including the Philippines' Presidential Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award from Fil Am News, and recognition as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinas in the World by the Filipino American Women Network. Other honors include the Lion Leadership Award from NaFFAA, the Top Asian Leaders in Nevada by the Asian Chamber of Commerce, the International Philanthropy and Exceptional Leadership Award from REIN Awards, and the Golden Pearl Award for Community and Advocacy Services from the Filipino American Heritage Foundation. Amie has also received many Congressional Awards, Proclamations, and Resolutions from Nevada's Senators, Congressional Representatives, Clark County Commissioners, City Councils, and other government officials, celebrating her dedication to community service and leadership.

Jacob Wheeler to be Honored as Man of the Year at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024

Biography- 

Jacob Wheeler, born on March 31st on the west side of Chicago, is a 72-year-old real estate agent and consultant for Urban Nest Realty. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Jacob spent several years in Los Angeles before immersing himself in the entertainment and fashion industries of Paris, Rome, and Tokyo for 15 years. 

Fluent in French and Italian, with some knowledge of Japanese and Spanish, Jacob wrote and performed the closing theme "Magic" for the Japanese animated film "Gundam: 0083." Jacob's diverse background includes roles as a stockbroker with Smith Barney and a bank manager with Citibank. His passions extend to music, playwriting, photography, acting, and golf.

He has mentored youth at First A.M.E. Church and promoted respect for all creatures through Horses In The Hood in Los Angeles. Jacob has also served as the Master of Ceremonies for the G.O.D. Awards with Maria Amor and performed at the National Black Theatre Festival in Winston-Salem and the Havana Jazz Festival in Cuba. As president of the Richard Allen Men's Society at First A.M.E. Church of Los Angeles, Jacob impacted 14,000 members, and as president of Horses In The Hood, he supported 5,000 troubled youth from Watts and Compton. His humanitarian work includes participating in Summit 2000 events in D.C., New York, and Los Angeles.

Jacob's accolades include representing First A.M.E. Church at the Million Man March in D.C. in 1995 and being an original founder, manager, and morning DJ of the first all-English 24-hour radio station KLOV in Paris during the 1980s. Currently residing in Las Vegas, Jacob assists individuals in finding their dream homes and helps real estate investors identify strategic investments while pursuing philanthropic opportunities.

 His biggest dream is to live in a world where starvation and homelessness no longer exist. Jacob's motto is, "The past cannot be fixed or adjusted, the present can only be experienced, but it is the future that can and must be crafted." He is also guided by the wisdom, "All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. How can it get any better than this? The possibilities are endless. I'm grateful for everything nice in my life at the moment, because nothing intended for me will ever be handed to another person!" 

As a loving grandfather of three granddaughters, Jacob never stops motivating others with his commitment to philanthropy, his varied professional background, and his faith in the potential for a brighter future.

Her Royal Highness Princess Pulcherie Simpson to be Guardian of Honor at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024


We Care for Humanity and the Royal Maharlika are pleased to announce that HER ROYAL HIGHNESS PRINCESS PULCHERIE SIMPSON, Princess of Abomey - Benin Republic, President and Founder of African Women Solidarity Of Development (SFADOU), and Benin Amazon for Goodwill, USA, will serve as one of the Guardians of Honor at the 5th edition of the WCH ROYAL SUMMIT. The event will be held at the Flamingo, Las Vegas, Nevada, on the 14th of August 2024.

Vahan Setyan, Universal Ambassador and Authorized Representative of the Original Oceti Sakowin Treaty Government Da ota Government Branch of the Sioux Nation of Indians, as a VIP Guest and Speaker at the upcoming WCH Royal Summit

The event will take place in Las Vegas on the 14th of August 2024. Reflecting on this honor, the Queen remarked, "DR. Vahan Setyan is an influential figure serving as the Universal Ambassador for the Original Oceti Sakowin - Dachotah Government Branch and the President of Dovin Advisors, LLC, an advisory firm specializing in international healthcare, economic development, and commerce. In his role as Universal Ambassador and Authorized Representative Delegate for the Sioux Nation of Indians, Vahan plays a crucial part in domestic and foreign affairs, international peace missions, and relationships. Vahan's extensive experience includes working as an Authorized Agent for the Navajo Nation on economic development and healthcare initiatives.

In 2017, he made history by implementing a chronic disease management program in the Navajo Nation, a groundbreaking effort that was featured in the Navajo Times in 2018. Over his 13-year career, Vahan has collaborated with local, tribal, and foreign governments across California, Arizona, Nevada, South Dakota, Nebraska, and New Mexico, holding various executive and management roles.  The Royal Maharlika proclaims the impending knighting of HIS MAJESTY KING GUEYE NDIOUGA, distinguished individual with a rich background in military service and a deep commitment to cultural and humanitarian endeavors, at the grand WCH Royal Summit in the luminous realm of Las Vegas on the 14th of April in this cycle.

Ndiouga Gueye is a distinguished individual with a rich background in military service and a deep commitment to cultural and humanitarian endeavors. Having completed his secondary education, Ndiouga pursued a career in the army, where he excelled and was admitted to the Center for Military Leadership Improvement (CPCM). His military journey saw him serve in elite units, including the commando and paratrooper groups, earning both military and nautical paratrooper certificates. Ndiouga's expertise extends beyond military service. 

He holds a diploma in disaster management and transformational leadership from the US Marines, gained through participation in two United Nations missions in Southern Lebanon and the Congo. This international experience underscores his ability to lead and manage in high-stakes environments.

Currently retired from active military service, Ndiouga is the heir to the royal throne of the Grand Lamane of the Lebous of Cap Vert, a position that reflects his esteemed heritage and leadership within his community. As a real estate developer, his ventures are primarily based in Diamniadio, where he continues to contribute to the growth and development of the region.

Bai Laga sa Magindanaw, Princess Harjida Karon to be Honored as Woman of the Year at the PICC by WCH

We Care for Humanity (WCH) has announced the presentation of the Woman of the Year Award to HRH Princess Harjida Mastura Karon at the upcoming 6th WCH Royal Summit on October 5, 2024, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).

In preparation for this prestigious event, HRH Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, the revered founder of WCH and Chairperson of the Royal Summit, commended Princess Harjida with genuine admiration. She stated, "It is a great honor to recognize Princess Harjida with this award. Her steadfast commitment to global humanitarian efforts has made a significant impact on communities worldwide. Harjida Mastura Karon is a distinguished individual whose lineage traces back to the noble heritage of Filipino royalty. Born on December 6, 1960, she carries the esteemed title of Bai Laga of Magindanaw, a position of honor and respect in royal community, the Sultanate of Magindanaw Mandanaue Darussalam. 

With a deep reverence for her heritage and a commitment to service, Harjida has dedicated herself to humanitarian endeavors that uplift her fellow Filipinos. Through her involvement with organizations like Sultan Kudarat Descendants of the Philippines, Alpha Sigma Phi International and We Care for Humanity, she works tirelessly to promote cultural preservation and community development. 

Harjida's philanthropic spirit extends beyond organizational affiliations. She has spearheaded numerous humanitarian activities, leaving a lasting impact on communities across Cotabato City, Sultan Kudarat, and Maguindanao. Whether it's providing assistance to Al Fardz Markadz in Cotabato City, supporting Al Noura Masjid in Katy Lebak Sultan Kudarat, or aiding the residents of Salimbao proper in Sultan Kudarat, Harjida's efforts have touched the lives of many. 

In addition to her humanitarian work, Princess Harjida has been recognized for her excellence in education. As the recipient of the Best Teacher award from Abu Dhabi National Oil Company School in Abu Dhabi in 2015, she has demonstrated a commitment to nurturing young minds and shaping the future.
