David Quach, born on September 14, 1977, is a passionate and committed leader from Vietnam, currently serving as the CEO of Word Of Life USA-Canada. His life's work reflects a deep dedication to humanitarian efforts and community service, exemplified by his various impactful initiatives. David's journey began in his senior high school years in 1992, when he started serving in church ministries, a path that led him to earn a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in California in 2007. That same year, he was ordained as a pastor by Lifelink International through Adonai Nissi Church in San Jose, California.

David's humanitarian activities are a testament to his unwavering commitment to helping others. From 2009 to 2011, he was instrumental in building country roads, providing haircuts, and bringing doctors and pharmacists to deliver medical care and medications to various areas in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam, benefiting over 100 people in each place. In 2011, he provided essential supplies such as money, rice, food, and warm clothes to flood victims in Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam, aiding around 100 people. In 2013, David extended his humanitarian efforts to the Philippines, supplying dried food and mosquito nets to victims of the Yolanda Storm.

David's contributions have not gone unnoticed. In 2010, he received an accolade from the Tien Giang Provincial Government in the Mekong Delta, recognizing his efforts. More recently, in 2024, he was honored as a Humanity Ambassador by the World Service Authority in California.

David's greatest dream is to help young people realize their dreams and become influential figures who inspire and uplift others. His motto, "Helped to help," encapsulates his philosophy of paying forward the support and guidance he has received throughout his life.

David has served as a preaching pastor with Assemblies of God in Vietnam since 2008 and later as a pastor at Edmonton Vietnamese Mennonite Church and H.O.P.E. Church in Canada. In 2022, he became the Pre Planning Director for Arbor Memorial Inc., and in 2024, he assumed his current role as CEO of Word Of Life USA-Canada. Beyond his professional and humanitarian work, David enjoys camping, reflecting his love for nature and the outdoors.

Dr. Noemi Frias to be Honored as Woman of the Year at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024

Noemi Frias, born on September 24, 1960, in Canada, is a multifaceted leader known for her significant contributions to education, community service, and business development. As the President and CEO of Capstone House LLC, she has established herself as a prominent figure in her field. With a background in Biology, holding both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from De La Salle University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas - Pan Am, Noemi has a solid foundation in scientific research and education. She also holds an MBA and a Certificate in Philanthropy and Non-profit Management from Rice University.

Noemi's humanitarian work is extensive and impactful. As an Adviser and Founder of Alpha Active Knights (AAK) in Houston, TX, since 2009, she has led efforts to plant and maintain trees, clean parks, and assist international communities through various outreach programs. This initiative was recognized by the City of Houston, which proclaimed July 9 as AAK Day in 2012. Additionally, as the President and Co-founder of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston (FACCGH), Noemi has promoted entrepreneurship and facilitated local and international business opportunities, earning January 19 as FACCGH Day in Houston. Through her role as Adviser and Founder of AECHS STEM Academy, she has provided education to at-risk, minority, economically-disadvantaged, first-generation college-bound students, enabling them to earn a high school diploma and an Associate degree before pursuing a four-year college course.

Her contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the US Congressional Plaque of Appreciation for her work in STEM education for underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students, awarded in Washington, DC, in May 2015, and the Texas Senate Award for Outstanding Contributions to STEM Education, received in Austin, TX, in May 2017.

Noemi's biggest dream is to establish a trade school for the poorest of the poor, providing free education and training to the youth, helping them secure jobs, and becoming productive and proactive members of society. Born and raised in the Philippines, Noemi migrated to the US in 2002. She has continued her work as an educator, science researcher, grant writer, STEM specialist, business consultant, and entrepreneur. She provides leadership not only in STEM education but also in the development and management of Chamber of Commerce programs and initiatives, serving as Chamber President and National Secretary of the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce. Loloy’s humanitarian efforts are noteworthy. In October 2022, as the Head of a Trade Mission to the Philippines, he facilitated 2 billion pesos in investments, significantly boosting local MSMEs and providing numerous job opportunities. His role as Outreach Director for People Caring for the Community Inc. in November 2013 was pivotal in raising $700,000 for super typhoon Haiyan victims in Tacloban, Leyte. Additionally, as President of the Houston Millennium Lions Club in December 2007, Loloy raised funds for scholarships benefiting underprivileged but deserving students in the Philippines.

Throughout her career, Gerri has made significant contributions to public service. She served on the staff of former United States Senator Richard Bryan, former Congresswoman Shelley Berkley, and Congresswoman Susie Lee. Her dedication to her community led her to serve on the City of Henderson City Council for three terms, the maximum allowable in the State of Nevada.

He has made significant strides in humanitarian efforts, notably building hospitals and wellness centers in Vietnam, establishing tuition assistance programs, and creating support networks for business and community members to collaborate on charitable projects. His work has positively impacted over twelve thousand members across forty countries.

Reverend Nguyen has received several accolades for his contributions, including the Golden Heart Award and the Humanity Ambassador Award, recognizing his tireless efforts in improving the lives of others. This prestigious event will be held at the Flamingo, LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, on the 14th of August 2024.

Born on April 19, 1996, this 28-year-old Asian American leader has a passion for traveling, humanitarian work, and learning about different cultures. Belynn thrives on networking with like-minded individuals dedicated to global humanitarian efforts.

Belynn's dedication to humanitarian work is evident through her involvement in several impactful programs. From 2019 to 2021, she contributed to the Housing and Disability Advocacy Program in Orange County. She also served as the Director of Supportive Care Services Foundation from 2021 to 2022, and in 2023, she became the Youth Coordinator for We Care for Humanity.

Her efforts have earned her notable recognitions, including the SOAR Certification from SAMSHA Department in 2019 and the title of Humanitarian Ambassador from the World Citizen Authority in 2024. Belynn's biggest dream is to improve lives and well-being worldwide, leaving a lasting impact on others.

Guided by her motto, "Lead by example; to make a change, one must take the path less taken by," Belynn has over six years of experience as a social worker. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, and has dedicated her career to serving disinvested communities. Her work in the nonprofit sector and collaboration with various organizations demonstrate her commitment to raising awareness and enhancing programs for vulnerable populations.

Hon. Bella Aurora Belmonte to be Knighted by the Royal Maharlika at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024

 

The Royal House of Luzon Tagalog, also known as the Royal Maharlika, and We Care for Humanity (WCH) are pleased to announce HON. Bella Aurora Belmonte, the Honorary Consul of the Philippine Consulate in Las Vegas, as one of the knights and honorees of the Knights of the Royal Maharlika. The majestic knighting will be held during the WCH Royal Summit at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas on August 14, 2024.

Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, the founder of WCH and Chairperson of the summit, extended her congratulations, stating, "We are privileged to present this award to Hon. Bella Aurora Belmonte. Her genuine servant and transformational leadership have significantly contributed to the community, and we eagerly anticipate her continued impact on global welfare.

Hon. Amie Belmonte is the Philippine Honorary Consul and a multi-awarded leader known for her genuine servant and transformational leadership. Born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, she grew up in Hawaii and moved to Nevada in 1997. With a Master's Degree in Public Health, focusing on Administration and Gerontology, Amie has worked with the Hawaii and Nevada State Legislatures. She made history as the first Director of Homeless Services for the State of Hawaii and the first Asian Director of Aging for Southern Nevada, managing multimillion-dollar grant-funded projects and building a Family Resource Center. 

In 2001, she founded Senior Resources and Services, LLC, a pioneering company in geriatric care management, marketing, and consulting services, setting a model in the healthcare industry. Amie is deeply involved in Christian ministry and biblical education, serving on the governing board of New Hope Las Vegas church with her husband, Leo. Together, they are passionate about global philanthropy and local civic projects. 

Amie's leadership extends to the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA), where she has served at state, regional, and national levels. She co-founded and led the Filipino American Political Organization with Equal Representation (FilAm P.O.W.E.R.) and has been an advisor to numerous associations. She is also an accomplished author, with her Amazon Best Seller "Dawn of a New Day: Stepping into Your Divine Destiny," and a sought-after inspirational speaker, coach, and curriculum developer. 

Her exemplary leadership and charity work have earned her numerous accolades, including the Philippines' Presidential Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award from Fil Am News, and recognition as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinas in the World by the Filipino American Women Network. Other honors include the Lion Leadership Award from NaFFAA, the Top Asian Leaders in Nevada by the Asian Chamber of Commerce, the International Philanthropy and Exceptional Leadership Award from REIN Awards, and the Golden Pearl Award for Community and Advocacy Services from the Filipino American Heritage Foundation. Amie has also received many Congressional Awards, Proclamations, and Resolutions from Nevada's Senators, Congressional Representatives, Clark County Commissioners, City Councils, and other government officials, celebrating her dedication to community service and leadership.

Jacob Wheeler to be Honored as Man of the Year at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024

We Care for Humanity (WCH) is happy to announce Jacob Wheeler as one of the recipients of the Man of the Year Award at the WCH Royal Summit at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas on the 14th of August 2024.

Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, the founder of WCH and Chairperson of the summit, extended her congratulations, stating, "We are privileged to present this award to Jacob Wheeler. Biography- 

Jacob Wheeler, born on March 31st on the west side of Chicago, is a 72-year-old real estate agent and consultant for Urban Nest Realty. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Jacob spent several years in Los Angeles before immersing himself in the entertainment and fashion industries of Paris, Rome, and Tokyo for 15 years. 

Fluent in French and Italian, with some knowledge of Japanese and Spanish, Jacob wrote and performed the closing theme "Magic" for the Japanese animated film "Gundam: 0083." Jacob's diverse background includes roles as a stockbroker with Smith Barney and a bank manager with Citibank. His passions extend to music, playwriting, photography, acting, and golf.

He has mentored youth at First A.M.E. Church and promoted respect for all creatures through Horses In The Hood in Los Angeles. Jacob has also served as the Master of Ceremonies for the G.O.D. Awards with Maria Amor and performed at the National Black Theatre Festival in Winston-Salem and the Havana Jazz Festival in Cuba. As president of the Richard Allen Men's Society at First A.M.E. Church of Los Angeles, Jacob impacted 14,000 members, and as president of Horses In The Hood, he supported 5,000 troubled youth from Watts and Compton. His humanitarian work includes participating in Summit 2000 events in D.C., New York, and Los Angeles.

Jacob's accolades include representing First A.M.E. Church at the Million Man March in D.C. in 1995 and being an original founder, manager, and morning DJ of the first all-English 24-hour radio station KLOV in Paris during the 1980s. Currently residing in Las Vegas, Jacob assists individuals in finding their dream homes and helps real estate investors identify strategic investments while pursuing philanthropic opportunities.

 His biggest dream is to live in a world where starvation and homelessness no longer exist. Jacob's motto is, "The past cannot be fixed or adjusted, the present can only be experienced, but it is the future that can and must be crafted." He is also guided by the wisdom, "All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. How can it get any better than this? The possibilities are endless. Her Royal Highness Princess Pulcherie Simpson to be Guardian of Honor at the WCH Royal Summit Las Vegas 2024

Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, revered as the Queen of Maharlika and the visionary founder of We Care for Humanity, has proudly announced the inclusion of DR. Vahan Setyan, Universal Ambassador and Authorized Representative of the Original Oceti Sakowin Treaty Government Da ota Government Branch of the Sioux Nation of Indians, as a VIP Guest and Speaker at the upcoming WCH Royal Summit. 

The event will take place in Las Vegas on the 14th of August 2024. Reflecting on this honor, the Queen remarked, "DR. Ndiouga Gueye is a distinguished individual with a rich background in military service and a deep commitment to cultural and humanitarian endeavors. Having completed his secondary education, Ndiouga pursued a career in the army, where he excelled and was admitted to the Center for Military Leadership Improvement (CPCM). His military journey saw him serve in elite units, including the commando and paratrooper groups, earning both military and nautical paratrooper certificates. Ndiouga's expertise extends beyond military service. 

He holds a diploma in disaster management and transformational leadership from the US Marines, gained through participation in two United Nations missions in Southern Lebanon and the Congo. This international experience underscores his ability to lead and manage in high-stakes environments.

Currently retired from active military service, Ndiouga is the heir to the royal throne of the Grand Lamane of the Lebous of Cap Vert, a position that reflects his esteemed heritage and leadership within his community. We Care for Humanity and Sultanate of Maguindanao Celebrate WCH Royal Summit's Unprecedented Success in General Santos!

WCH Royal Summit Philippines, the largest meeting of Royalty in the world took place 7th/8th October, at the Greenleaf Hotel and was a phenomenal success. We Care for Humanity's global founder, the Philippines' very own Queen of Maharlika and the Tagalog Region, Her Royal Highness Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura and the 25th Supreme Sultan of Maguindanao, His Majesty Sultan Salem Mastura Kudarat V welcomed their guests, which include the three African Kings; HRM King Nana Akomanyi Essandoh V of the Kingdom of Gomoah, Ghana, HM King Constantine Butamanya of the Kingdom of Buruuli, Uganda and HM Robert Obara Nahama III of the Kingdom of Bugwe, Uganda; also participated by His Holiness Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche from Sikkim India, delegation from Brazil, and many guests from all over the world, who were introduced to local government officials and some of the most excellent Royalty of Philippines.

WCH Royal Summit Grand Opening began after VIP Guests took the stage for the National anthem, followed by invocations from representatives of Islam (Ustadz Ebrahim Whatteu Tinagak); Buddhism (H.H. Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche), Christianity (Rev. Pastor Gabriel Pascual) and the Hebrew Faith (Rev. Dr. Gregory M. Rhea). Followed by the exciting Ribbon Cutting then by entertainment by the Mardi-Gras Dance Ensemble of MSU's Sining Kapabpagariya.

The Welcome Address was made by the Honorable Congressman Atty. Loreto Acharon of General Santos District followed by an introduction by WCH Founder and Chairman Queen Mariam. Opening Remarks were given by Co-Chariman HM Abdulaziz Salem Mastura Kudarat V and Chief Guests: Col. Nicomedes Olaivai Jr., City Director, PNP General Santos City, other Chief Guests and members of the royal family, HRH Crown Prince Datu Mamuar Mastura and HRH Prince Datu Zulkarnain Mastura.

A Press Conference was held prior Lunch initiated by local journalists and media outlets focusing the purpose and benefits of the event and the roles and interests of the international delegation. The WCH and the Sultanate explained that this summit aims to promote universal peace, humanitarianism and economic development. 

One of the highlights of the summit, the Mindanao Investment Forum featured H.E. Dr. Franco Nicoletti who presented on Environment, Recycling and Security, while Rev. Dr. Gregory M. Rhea introduced the World Builders Philippines program and his company, Platinum Elements Holdings, Dr. Francisco Humberto De Freitas Azevedo on Health and Cancer Technology and Ms. Angelina Vo on USA Immigration. Lastly, Engr Ysmael Maulana presented the Sultanate of Maguindanao Projects. 

The evening Gala Dinner commenced by the magnificent Royal Grand Entrance parading world class traditional royal attire of various royal clans of the Philippines and international guests.  And immediately followed by Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing For Peace, Friendship and Collaboration between the Sultanate of  Maguindanao, WCH, Constitutional Monarchs of Africa and other global organizations.

For the main event, the Coronation of the Men and Women of the Year was presented featuring the crownees: Ms. Ana Cristi Santos Pangilinan (Philippines), Ms. Angelina Vo (Vietnam), Ms. Nilza Maria Da Silva Soares (Brazil), Bai Fatima Lepoles Abdulrakman (Philippines), Ms. Shirley Pontes (Brazil), Bai Guiamalia Macaumbang Abo (Philippines), Ms. Maria Cristina Torres Ayungao (Philippines), Ms.Seyedeh Shirin Vafaeian (Iran), Ms. Thais Martins De Queiroz (Brazil), Bai Tharhata D. Ampatuan (Philippines), Rey John Lorca (Philippines). Ms. Vafaeian from Iran won the National Dress competition while Ms. Thais from Brazil got the Best in Evening Gown award! 

After dinner, the Induction Ceremony of new WCH Officials took place headed by HRH Queen Mariam, while the Sultan Kudarat Descendants Organization of the Philippines (SKDOP) also inducted 33 new officers initiated Datu Zulkarnain Mastura.  New Cabinet members were knighted during the Maharlika Royal Investiture featuring Datu Jordan Nirankari Bowen from Poland, Datu Mohamad Firdaus from Malaysia and  Bae Huong Vo “Shirley” Yeshi Lamo from USA and Vietnam.

Day 2 begins with the WCH Humanitarian Forum- Moderated by: HRH Queen Mariam discussing the important humanitarian issues of our time. Sultan Kudarat Youth Descendants Organization of the Philippines (SKYDOP) Youth Forum was also included which discussed how to solve the issue of Child Marriages. The Evening Gala Red Carpet cumulated in the traditional Royal Grand Entrance leading to the Royal Maharlika Knighting and Awards. The Honorees are HRH King Robert Obara Nahama III; H.E. Dr. Franco Nicoletti; Rev. Dr. Gregory M. Rhea; Dr. Wellington De Queiroz; Dr. Francisco Humberto De Freitas Azevedo. 

Finally, the Sultanate of Maguindanao headed by the Supreme Sultan Salem Mastura initiated the elegant Royal Enthronement of new Traditional Leaders starting with Datu Talib Macaumbang Abo Jr., Bai Guiamalia Macaumbang Abo, and Datu Talib Abo III, accompanied with the declaration of Royal House of Pagadian. Another enthronee  was Bai Nalong Mamadsual Mastura. The same procedure has happened to HRH Queen Mariam during her enthronement of new titles as Bai Mompong (Princess of Peace and Unity)  with the Declaration of the Royal House of CALABARZON and Chivalric Order of Maguindanao and Maharlika.

While on her humanitarian Asian tour, the Founder of We Care for Humanity, Mariam Amor Leonora Torres, Queen of Maharlika International and Princess of CALABARZON made a life-changing trip to General Santos, Mindanao to reunite with the 25th Legitimate Supreme Sultan of Maguindanao (Magindanaw) Mandaue, Darussalam, His Majesty Abdulaziz Salem Mastura Kudarat V and the Mastura Clan to sign a Memorandum of Understanding of Partnership and Cooperation.

The main objective of the partnership is to promote economic growth in Mindanao thereby improving the quality of life of the people, and to promote the culture of the Sultanate of Maguindanao globally.

Along with the historical MOU signing was the auspicious appointment of Queen Mariam as the Foreign Minister of the Sultanate in which all foreign dealings of the kingdom will be handled by her office.

The promising day also featured the Royal Adoption of the Princess of CALABARZON as part of the Mastura Clan. Sultan Salem Mastura, Datu Muamar Mastura and Datu Zulkairnain Mastura, all sons of the 24th Supreme Sultan of Maguindanao, the late Sultan Guiwan Mastura kudarat IV, attested the royal adoption and declared the new title of the Princess as BAI MOMPONG SA MAGINDANAW, Princess of Unity, a sanctified traditional title she inherited from the deceased member of the Sultanate. 

The Consent adoption contains “I, HM ABDULAZIZ SALEM D. MASTURA KUDARAT V, of legal age, widower, Filipino, temperate at all times and in full possession of my mental powers, the Supreme Legitimate Sultan of Magindanaw, Mandanue Darus-salam, Mindanao, Philippines have this day adopted MARIA LEONORA TORRES, Queen of Maharlika Philippines International and Princess of CALABARZON and believing that it would be for her own interest and benefit of the Sultanate of Magindanaw, my family and siblings and for our We Care for Humanity (WCH) worldwide, I hereby give my written consent freely, and voluntarily that said MARIA LEONORA TORRES be adopted as the daughter of the Sultanate of Magindanaw in accordance with our Muslim Customs and Traditions.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I affixed my signature on the 16th day of July 2023 in Cotabato City, Mindanao, Philippines.”

Amor, now called by her legal royal name, MARIA LEONORA TORRES MASTURA recited her vows to embrace Islam. Rajamudah Marvin Ingkong, Rajahmuda sa Sugoda Buayan officiated the said ceremony.

Among the Mastura Clan present at the auspicious affair apart from the Sultan were: Crown Prince-HRH Datu Muamar Mastura and his family, SKDOP President-HRH Datu Zulkarnain Mastura and family, SKYDOP President and son of the Sultan- Datu Camarod Mastura and family, Secretary General of the Sultanate- HRH Princess Spandaria Mastura Sangki and family, Royal Princess sa Magindanaw- HRH Princess Febraida Mastura Matalam, Rajah Bai sa Magindanaw-HRH Princess Jasma Mastura Karon, Bai Laga sa Magindanaw- HRH Princess Harjida Mastura Karon, Rajah Putri sa Baruin- Engr. Merriam Dimalen. A few royal guests from General Santos also attended the event.

Amortorres Paintings Valued At Usd10000 Sold At Art Auction In Brazil

Amortorres sold four (4) of her abstract paintings at the festive event of the Himalaya Peace Caravan, Brazil organized by We Care for Humanity, Gruppo Nicoletti, Queiroz Advogados and Academia Internacional de Cultura (AIC) at Cota Mil Clube in Brasilia, last August 6, 2022.

The Sultana of the Royal House of Maguindanao and founder of We Care for Humanity, Maria Amor Torres Mastura, also known by her artist name as Amortorres raised funds for her charity by auctioning four of her Abstract collection. 

According to Mr. Luiz de Alcantara, “informal art and figurative expressionism are married in the artistic work of Sultana Princess Maria Amor. Her paintings offer a visual experience composed of great aesthetic effects, thanks to the lines and shapes observed in her works produced with volumes and materials of liquefied appearances. The predominant colors are warm and connote with the mysteries of the earth. A generic message emerges from her works that exerts a direct influence on the human soul, touched in its most sensitive points. The artist Amortorres travels and explores in depth the Eastern and Western creative universes with the intention of promoting art and harmony between different cultures”.  Luiz de Alcântara holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Visual Arts from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels which develops activities in the areas of theory and practice of fine arts and industrial arts.

Dr. Wellington Queiroz of the Queiroz Advogados and Gruppo Nicolettii  acted as the dynamic auctioneer who had won the interests of the audience and made a breakthrough by selling all the four Amortorres paintings. The generous bidders who won the auction were Dr. Sargento Paulo, a revered politician and Dr Lúcia Cristina, a successful lawyer, both from Brasilia. 

Amortorres herself was ecstatic at the outcome and thanked everyone who contributed to the success of the event, especially the above-mentioned partners, Dr. Franco Nicoletti, founder of Gruppo Nicoletti, the former president of Ecuador- H.E. Rosalia Arteaga, the organizer- Aria Travel Intelligence headed by Iva Evangelista, emcee- Lucas Carvalho, Alexandre Augusto Honorio, Gabriela Magalhaes, Keveni Guedes Santos, Maxwell Santos and Matteo.
