Puri Agung Peliatan Hosts 8th WCH Royal Summit Delegates with Exemplary Hospitality

The historic Kingdom of Peliatan in Bali, recently played host to an esteemed delegation from the 8th We Care for Humanity (WCH) Royal Summit. The visit underscored the importance of cultural diplomacy and collaboration between global royal houses and leaders.

The King and Queen of Peliatan, His Majesty Cokorda Gde Putra Nindia and Sagung Ratu Sri Jayalaksmi, extended amazing hospitality to the international delegates, personally guiding them through a profound experience of Balinese culture and heritage. The visit included a comprehensive tour of the kingdom, showcasing its unique architecture and vibrant community life. A highlight was the privilege of visiting the sacred temple, offering the delegates a glimpse into the spiritual heart of the kingdom and the deep-rooted traditions of Balinese Hinduism. The royal hosts ensured the comfort of their guests, serving traditional and exquisite Balinese snacks throughout the engagement.

During the summit's visit, WCH, led by its Founder and President, Queen Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura, bestowed a significant award upon the King of Peliatan in recognition of his dedication to preserving cultural heritage and promoting peace.

About the Kingdom of Peliatan

The Kingdom of Peliatan, officially Puri Agung Peliatan, is one of the most culturally significant royal houses in the Ubud region of Bali. The Kingdom of Ubud Welcomes Global Royalty: 8th WCH Royal Summit Delegates Treated to Spectacular Display of Balinese Culture

UBUD, BALI – Following the grand success of the 8th We Care for Humanity (WCH) Royal Summit, the international delegation of royalty, dignitaries, and humanitarians was received with extraordinary pomp and pageantry at the historic Kingdom of Ubud (Puri Saren Agung).

Despite the absence of His Majesty Ida Tjokorda Gede Putra Sukawati, the King of Ubud, who was spearheading a vital religious ceremony—a testament to his devotion to the spiritual life of the island—the Royal House extended hospitality that can only be described as legendary. The Queen, Her Majesty Cokorda Istri Vera Sukowati and the Royal Family stepped forward to personally host the delegation, ensuring an experience of comfort, luxury, and profound cultural immersion.

A Feast for the Senses: The visit was marked by a lavish luncheon featuring the finest Balinese cuisine, served within the ornate walls of the palace. The visual splendor of the Kingdom was matched by an auditory feast; delegates were mesmerized by an amazing private concert of traditional Balinese music and dance performances. The intricate gamelan orchestras and the grace of the dancers left the international guests in awe, offering a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience of the island's artistic soul.

Jenny Vourexakis Michalopoulou: Honored as Global Ambassador of Service at Philantourism Event in Greece

Jenny Vourexakis Michalopoulou is set to receive profound recognition for her lifelong dedication to global service, as she will be bestowed with "The Global Ambassador of Service Award" by the Royal Maharlika and We Care for Humanity. This prestigious ceremony will take place at the Philantourism and Heptapolis event in Athens, Greece, on July 28, 2025, at the iconic Zappeion Megaron. The event is co-hosted by HRH Queen Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura, Founder of We Care for Humanity (WCH), and Mr. Paul Pissanos, the visionary founder of the Heptapolis International Green City project.

The momentous occasion will be graced by an array of eminent personalities. Confirmed dignitaries include:

Her professional journey included significant roles in Public Relations for major shipping companies like Chandris Lines in Miami, which had the largest cruise fleet worldwide, and Olympic Marine in Lavrio. Her life with her husband, Naval Architect Konstantinos Michalopoulos, involved residing in an remarkable 16 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, often supporting his public relations activities.

Beyond her professional life, Jenny has demonstrated exceptional commitment to community and leadership. She was an active member of the Women’s International Club (WIC) worldwide and became a dedicated Rotarian in Jakarta in 1991. Her remarkable leadership led her to serve as president of various Rotary Clubs eight times globally. Upon returning to Greece, she was instrumental in establishing the New Erythraia Rotary Club and founded the Kapandriti Rotary Club, which notably included 30 Greek women from the shipping industry. Her diverse interests include psychology, world religions, and charity work. This award celebrates her unique ability to connect, lead, and serve on a truly international scale.

We Care for Humanity and Sultanate of Maguindanao Celebrate WCH Royal Summit's Unprecedented Success in General Santos!

WCH Royal Summit Philippines, the largest meeting of Royalty in the world took place 7th/8th October, at the Greenleaf Hotel and was a phenomenal success. We Care for Humanity's global founder, the Philippines' very own Queen of Maharlika and the Tagalog Region, Her Royal Highness Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura and the 25th Supreme Sultan of Maguindanao, His Majesty Sultan Salem Mastura Kudarat V welcomed their guests, which include the three African Kings; HRM King Nana Akomanyi Essandoh V of the Kingdom of Gomoah, Ghana, HM King Constantine Butamanya of the Kingdom of Buruuli, Uganda and HM Robert Obara Nahama III of the Kingdom of Bugwe, Uganda; also participated by His Holiness Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche from Sikkim India, delegation from Brazil, and many guests from all over the world, who were introduced to local government officials and some of the most excellent Royalty of Philippines.

WCH Royal Summit Grand Opening began after VIP Guests took the stage for the National anthem, followed by invocations from representatives of Islam (Ustadz Ebrahim Whatteu Tinagak); Buddhism (H.H. Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche), Christianity (Rev. Pastor Gabriel Pascual) and the Hebrew Faith (Rev. Dr. Gregory M. Rhea). Followed by the exciting Ribbon Cutting then by entertainment by the Mardi-Gras Dance Ensemble of MSU's Sining Kapabpagariya.

The Welcome Address was made by the Honorable Congressman Atty. Loreto Acharon of General Santos District followed by an introduction by WCH Founder and Chairman Queen Mariam. Opening Remarks were given by Co-Chariman HM Abdulaziz Salem Mastura Kudarat V and Chief Guests: Col. Nicomedes Olaivai Jr., City Director, PNP General Santos City, other Chief Guests and members of the royal family, HRH Crown Prince Datu Mamuar Mastura and HRH Prince Datu Zulkarnain Mastura.

A Press Conference was held prior Lunch initiated by local journalists and media outlets focusing the purpose and benefits of the event and the roles and interests of the international delegation. The WCH and the Sultanate explained that this summit aims to promote universal peace, humanitarianism and economic development. 

One of the highlights of the summit, the Mindanao Investment Forum featured H.E. Dr. Franco Nicoletti who presented on Environment, Recycling and Security, while Rev. Dr. Gregory M. Rhea introduced the World Builders Philippines program and his company, Platinum Elements Holdings, Dr. Francisco Humberto De Freitas Azevedo on Health and Cancer Technology and Ms. Angelina Vo on USA Immigration. Lastly, Engr Ysmael Maulana presented the Sultanate of Maguindanao Projects. 

The evening Gala Dinner commenced by the magnificent Royal Grand Entrance parading world class traditional royal attire of various royal clans of the Philippines and international guests.  And immediately followed by Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing For Peace, Friendship and Collaboration between the Sultanate of  Maguindanao, WCH, Constitutional Monarchs of Africa and other global organizations.

For the main event, the Coronation of the Men and Women of the Year was presented featuring the crownees: Ms. Ana Cristi Santos Pangilinan (Philippines), Ms. Angelina Vo (Vietnam), Ms. Nilza Maria Da Silva Soares (Brazil), Bai Fatima Lepoles Abdulrakman (Philippines), Ms. Shirley Pontes (Brazil), Bai Guiamalia Macaumbang Abo (Philippines), Ms. Maria Cristina Torres Ayungao (Philippines), Ms.Seyedeh Shirin Vafaeian (Iran), Ms. Thais Martins De Queiroz (Brazil), Bai Tharhata D. Ampatuan (Philippines), Rey John Lorca (Philippines). Ms. Vafaeian from Iran won the National Dress competition while Ms. Thais from Brazil got the Best in Evening Gown award! 

After dinner, the Induction Ceremony of new WCH Officials took place headed by HRH Queen Mariam, while the Sultan Kudarat Descendants Organization of the Philippines (SKDOP) also inducted 33 new officers initiated Datu Zulkarnain Mastura.  New Cabinet members were knighted during the Maharlika Royal Investiture featuring Datu Jordan Nirankari Bowen from Poland, Datu Mohamad Firdaus from Malaysia and  Bae Huong Vo “Shirley” Yeshi Lamo from USA and Vietnam.

Day 2 begins with the WCH Humanitarian Forum- Moderated by: HRH Queen Mariam discussing the important humanitarian issues of our time. Sultan Kudarat Youth Descendants Organization of the Philippines (SKYDOP) Youth Forum was also included which discussed how to solve the issue of Child Marriages. The Evening Gala Red Carpet cumulated in the traditional Royal Grand Entrance leading to the Royal Maharlika Knighting and Awards. The Honorees are HRH King Robert Obara Nahama III; H.E. Dr. Franco Nicoletti; Rev. Dr. Gregory M. Rhea; Dr. Wellington De Queiroz; Dr. Francisco Humberto De Freitas Azevedo. 

Finally, the Sultanate of Maguindanao headed by the Supreme Sultan Salem Mastura initiated the elegant Royal Enthronement of new Traditional Leaders starting with Datu Talib Macaumbang Abo Jr., Bai Guiamalia Macaumbang Abo, and Datu Talib Abo III, accompanied with the declaration of Royal House of Pagadian. Another enthronee  was Bai Nalong Mamadsual Mastura. The same procedure has happened to HRH Queen Mariam during her enthronement of new titles as Bai Mompong (Princess of Peace and Unity)  with the Declaration of the Royal House of CALABARZON and Chivalric Order of Maguindanao and Maharlika.

WCH Founder Attends 200th year Anniversary of Grande Oriente do Brazil

Brasilia, Brazil – We Care for Humanity (WCH) Founder, Sultana Maria Amor Torres journeyed to Brazil for the second time this year. The main purpose of her visit was to attend the 200th year Anniversary of the  Grande Oriente do Brazil (GOB) otherwise known as the Freemasons.

Torres, whose first visit to Brasilia made some impacts to a few charitable institutions and was recognized by the GOB, received a direct invitation from its Grand Master General, Sovereign Brother Múcio Bonifacio Guimarães. “It was difficult to refuse such powerful invitation coming from equally powerful personalities, I knew I had to come. WCH’s mission is in line with GOB’s advocacy, it was an honor to celebrate with them and to witness the greatness of the event filled with so much history.”, beamed the Sultana. She added, “of course, none of this would be possible without the coordination of my partners- Dr. Franco Nicoletti, Dr. Wellington Queiroz and Cav. Victor FrancellaThe Nicoletti Group and the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem (OSJ) Knights of Malta, Priory of Brazil were the main conduit of WCH in Brasilia. Through them we have met great people, institutions, and dignitaries”.  

The weeklong celebration was attended by luminaries from all over the world. The princess attended two days of magnificent events including the GOB Recognition by the Senate at the State House of Law, the Cultural event and finally the Gala Dinner, both were held at the GOB Palace in Brasilia.


In this leg of her trips, the Sultana also had a chance to do sight-seeing of the city, courtesy of Fraternidade Femenina Brasilia, hosted by Ms. Shirley Pontes. “I had such a fun experience seeing the beautiful and historical places of Brasilia together with my friend Shirin Vafaeyan from Iran and had the opportunity to meet the lovely and notable Grand Masters’ spouses coming from different regions and nations who attended the GOB 200th Anniversary. Shirley Pontes was such a fantastic host; we couldn’t ask for more of her warmth and hospitality, we learned so much from her about Brasilia!” – said the WCH Founder.

Before packing her bags to travel to Manaus, Amor together with the Nicoletti Group was invited to visit the Instituto Shotokan de Karate, a non-profit organization providing martial arts education to the children and youth to keep them out of the street and away from drugs. Apparently, this institution has been producing champions who compete nationally and internationally. The group was impressed by the student’s martial arts demonstration and vowed to assist promote their mission.

Finally, upon leaving Brasilia, Amor announced her upcoming comeback to Brazil in August 2022 to bring the Himalaya Peace Caravan for a three-day event which will be facilitated by the Gruppo Nicoletti and the Academia Internacional de Cultura.

The Traveling Princess Meets Mayor Of Manaus And Explored The Amazon

 The Traveling Princess Maria Amor Torres also known as Bae Naylaladlalad (The Traveling Princess), Founder and President of We Care for Humanity has visited Manaus, the largest city in the Amazon state of Brazil. The visit entailed a courtesy meeting with the current Mayor of Manaus, the Honorable David Almeida, who felicitated Amor and her delegation a warm welcome to the city.

The Traveling Princess Maria Amor on a sightseeing tour of the Amazon rainforest in Manaus, wearing a colorful Indian head dress of the natives of the Amazon.

Accompanied by Mr. Belisario Arce, founder of PanAmazonia and the conduit of Amor’s visit, the Princess has expressed interests in bringing investors to Manaus and to promote Tourism in which the mayor was delighted about. He explained that Manaus has already giant companies like Microsoft, Honda, Samsung, Sony, to name a few. “We still invite foreign companies, big or small, who want to expand their markets in Brazil, Manaus is the place to be, the only free trade zone in the country with many benefits for the investors.”, explained Almeida.

Earlier that day, Mr. Arce brought Sultana to the office of SUFRAMA (Superintendência da Zona Franca de Manaus), Manaus’ Free Trade Zone agency under the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade of Brazil.

In addition to the busy schedule, the princess had a glimpse of the Teatro Amazonas with a courtesy guided tour given by the very creative staffs led by Mr. Samir. The princess was in awe of the architecture, design, and history of the theater, “simply magical”, she uttered. The Teatro Amazonas is celebrating its 125th Anniversary this year.

Before leaving the city, Amor hopped on a boat tour of the Amazon. A colorful short journey featuring rainforest river cruise, fish feeding, visiting indigenous groups and sailing to the very popular “The Meeting of Waters” which is the union between the dark Rio Negro and the pale sandy-colored Amazon River.

“Manaus is a city which so much to offer the world, apart from being a beacon to the Amazonia, which plays an important part in regulating the world’s oxygen and carbon cycles, Manaus houses many industries including brewing, soap manufacturing, the production of chemicals,  shipbuilding, the manufacture of electronics equipment, and petroleum refining which contribute extensively to the economy of Brazil,” said the Sultana.

The Sultana enjoyed the taste of Manaus especially the Farofa de banana-de-terra (plantain with cassava flour) and tucuma.

Sap Fico Consultant Celebrates Birthday In A Humanitarian Way With WCH

WCH Founder, Maria Amor’s younger sister Maria Cristina Torres Ayungao celebrates her birthday by doing a Feeding Program

In this period of COVID-19 where quarantines and lockdowns overwhelm incredible hunger in poor communities, what better way to celebrate one’s birthday than to share food even in the simplest way. We Care for Humanity (WCH) conducts FEEDING PROGRAMS in more than 10 countries including Philippines as part of their project-WCH FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19.


Maria Cristina Torres Ayungao, born May 11 of 1970, successfully celebrated her birthday by undertaking a Feeding Program in a depressed community sponsored by WCH. Last 10th of May 2020, Cristina, with the help of her children and in-laws distributed 250 packs of meals in Pitogo, Makati. They served lunch consists of rice and Filipino favorite viand, Menudo.

Cristina, a younger sibling of WCH Founder and President, Sultana Princess Maria Amor Torres is a SAP FICO Consultant by profession and has had 13 years of experience working with big companies like GLOBE Telecoms, Robinsons Land Corporation, Jollibee Food Corporation, Procter & Gamble (P&G) under Hewlett and Packard Phils. (HP) and IT Managers and many more.

Sultana Maria shares her appreciation of her sister, “I am very fortunate to have been born in a philanthropic family. My sister, Cristina is a natural humanitarian since childhood, always ready to help and has desires to do bigger things for humanity in the future. She is a big support to WCH’s endeavors especially in the Philippines. We are grateful and very proud of her accomplishments as a professional, a mother, a sister and a spiritual person.”

Other Torres siblings, Rizaline Irene and Ferdinand also extended their birthday wishes for Cristina, who is currently staying in Makati with her US based daughter- Krishna Lou and newly graduate son- Niles Kim. Her husband, Francisco Ayungao is presently working in Singapore as a manager in a food chain company. 

WCH FEEDING PROGRAMS are happening in Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Uganda and Tunisia.
