We Care for Humanity Celebrates Founder’s Month by Moving its Headquarters to Las Vegas

We Care for Humanity (WCH), a California Non-Profit organization is now moving Las Vegas after four years of operating in Chicago. 

WCH's decision to relocate its headquarters to Las Vegas is a momentous occasion that marks a new chapter in the organization's mission to positively impact communities around the world. As they celebrate Founder’s Month, honoring the visionary HRH Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura's natal day, the organization looks forward to the opportunities that await them in their new home.

The Founder’s Month which is celebrated during the whole month of May, not only pays tribute to the remarkable journey of We Care for Humanity but also serves as a time for them to extend their relief aid programs to more than twenty developing countries. This annual initiative is a testament to their commitment to making a difference in the lives of those in need.

"While bidding farewell to Chicago may be bittersweet, we remain optimistic and enthusiastic about the future in Las Vegas. The memories and successes achieved in Chicago will always hold a special place in our hearts, but we are eager to embrace the fresh possibilities that lie ahead in their new location. The Las Vegas HQ will also serve as the embassy of the Royal Maharlika and the Sultanate of Magindanaw in the USA.

Rajah Bai sa Magindanaw, Jasma Mastura Karon to be Awarded as Woman of the Year by We Care for Humanity at the PICC

We Care for Humanity (WCH) has announced the presentation of the Woman of the Year Award to HRH Princess Jasma Mastura Karon at the upcoming 6th WCH Royal Summit on October 5, 2024, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).

Prior to the imminent event, Her Royal Highness Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, the esteemed founder of WCH and Chairperson of the Royal Summit, expressed sincere praise for Jasma. Queen Maria conveyed, "It is a great privilege to bestow this award upon Princess Jasma. Her unwavering dedication to global humanitarian endeavors has profoundly influenced communities across the globe. Jasma Mastura Karon carries the illustrious heritage of noble lineage, tracing her roots back to the esteemed Sultan of Magindanaw and Rajah Buayan. Hailing from a family deeply entrenched in the rich cultural heritage of Mindanao, Philippines, Jasma embodies grace, resilience, and a spirit of service. 

As the Rajah bai of Magindanaw, Jasma has dedicated herself to both professional pursuits and humanitarian endeavors. Her commitment to uplifting communities and making a positive impact is reflected in her extensive portfolio of philanthropic activities. From the Alnoura Masjid in Katy Lebak, Sultan Kudarat (2021), to the Al fardz Markadz in Cotabato City (2023), and the MSU-High School Campus in General Santos City (2023), Jasma's initiatives have touched the lives of numerous beneficiaries, providing essential support and resources where they are most needed. 

Jasma's dedication and leadership extend beyond her humanitarian work. In light of the upcoming event, HRH Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, the revered founder of WCH and Chairperson of the Royal Summit, commended Febraida with genuine admiration. She conveyed, "It's a great honor to recognize Princess Febraida with this award. Her steadfast commitment to global humanitarian efforts has had a significant impact on communities worldwide. Together, we will strive to promote universal humanitarianism and alleviate human suffering."

Princess Febraida Lauban Mastura-Matalam, a distinguished figure hailing from a lineage deeply rooted in the rich cultural tapestry of Mindanao, Philippines. As the offspring of Datu Akmad Mastura, the esteemed nephew of the 24th Sultan of Magindanaw, and Bai Kimada Lauban, daughter of the Sultan of Kabuntalan, Febraida inherited a legacy of nobility and service. 

Throughout her illustrious life, Febraida has exemplified commitment to humanitarian causes and community service. Her endeavors have left an indelible mark on various locales, with notable contributions spanning Cotabato City, Sultan Kudarat, and WCH. 

As the Royal Princess of Magindanaw Mandanaue Darrussalam, Febraida's dedication to uplifting her fellow Filipinos knows no bounds. Her philanthropic initiatives, such as the Alfardz Markadz project in Cotabato City (2001), the Salimbao Proper endeavor in Sultan Kudarat (2022), and the Mastura Compound initiative by WCH (2023), have impacted countless lives, serving as beacons of hope and progress in their respective communities. 

In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Febraida has been honored with numerous accolades, including the prestigious Plaque of Appreciation from SKDOP in Cotabato City.

Bai Laga sa Magindanaw, Princess Harjida Karon to be Honored as Woman of the Year at the PICC by WCH

Harjida Mastura Karon is a distinguished individual whose lineage traces back to the noble heritage of Filipino royalty. Born on December 6, 1960, she carries the esteemed title of Bai Laga of Magindanaw, a position of honor and respect in royal community, the Sultanate of Magindanaw Mandanaue Darussalam. 

With a deep reverence for her heritage and a commitment to service, Harjida has dedicated herself to humanitarian endeavors that uplift her fellow Filipinos. Through her involvement with organizations like Sultan Kudarat Descendants of the Philippines, Alpha Sigma Phi International and We Care for Humanity, she works tirelessly to promote cultural preservation and community development. 

Harjida's philanthropic spirit extends beyond organizational affiliations. She has spearheaded numerous humanitarian activities, leaving a lasting impact on communities across Cotabato City, Sultan Kudarat, and Maguindanao. Whether it's providing assistance to Al Fardz Markadz in Cotabato City, supporting Al Noura Masjid in Katy Lebak Sultan Kudarat, or aiding the residents of Salimbao proper in Sultan Kudarat, Harjida's efforts have touched the lives of many. 

In addition to her humanitarian work, Princess Harjida has been recognized for her excellence in education. As the recipient of the Best Teacher award from Abu Dhabi National Oil Company School in Abu Dhabi in 2015, she has demonstrated a commitment to nurturing young minds and shaping the future.

President of American Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce in Las Vegas is Honored as Woman of the Year by We Care for Humanity

We Care for Humanity is happy to announce, Ms. Pam Phan as one of the recipients of Woman of the Year Award at the WCH Royal Summit at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas on 14th of August 2024. 

Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, the founder of WCH and Chairperson of the summit, extended her congratulations, stating, "We are privileged to present this award to Ms. Phan. Her dedication to humanity has undoubtedly enriched the world. We eagerly anticipate collaborating with her for the advancement of global welfare."

Ms. Pam Phan is a dynamic leader and philanthropist based in Las Vegas, Nevada, renowned for her dedication to the Vietnamese community and her tireless efforts to promote international goodwill. 

As the founder and chairwoman of the American Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce, she plays a pivotal role in advancing Vietnamese businesses across the nation and driving community development through strategic partnerships and philanthropic initiatives. Her humanitarian efforts extend beyond her professional endeavors. 

Ms. Phan serves as Ms. Senior Vietnam Universe and Ms. Senior Asian Pacific Ambassador, acting as a Goodwill Ambassador for the Asian American National Committee. Through her initiative, iBuildSchools; HomeSchools International, she provides crucial support to orphaned children, those battling cancer, and children living with HIV. 

Additionally, as a Co-Founder of The City of Healing, she addresses local challenges such as healthcare professional shortages and economic stagnation, aiming to create a medical and tourism destination in Las Vegas. Her impact also resonates through her role as the inaugural President of the Las Vegas Vietnamese-American Lions Club, where she has positively influenced over 30,000 individuals in Las Vegas, Vietnam, and the Philippines since 2017. 

Ms. Phan's contributions have been acknowledged through awards such as the Culture Ambassador for CNY in the Desert and the Vietnam Chairwoman for the Asian Pacific Islander Council. His Holiness Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche Graces the WCH Royal Summit in Las Vegas as Guardian of Honor

We Care for Humanity (WCH) has announced that His Holiness Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche who will serve as one of the distinguished Guardians of Honor at the upcoming WCH Royal Summit in Las Vegas on August 14, 2024. His role will include presenting awards during the event.

Rinpoche Rigzin, who serves as the Spiritual Head Lama of the Longchen Nyingtik Institute conveyed his sentiments, stating, "I am delighted to participate in this celebratory event once again, reminiscing about the success of our previous gathering in the Philippines, where cherished memories were created. I eagerly anticipate reconnecting with my esteemed friend, Her Royal Highness Queen Mariam Amor, and collaborating on her commendable initiatives aimed at enhancing our global community."

Born on June 4, 1954 in Tibet, His Holiness Rinpoche Rigzin Dorjee embodies the essence of Buddhist teachings with grace and humility. With a service-oriented heart, His Holiness Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche has led several humanitarian projects that have had an enormous impact on people all around the world. One of his most prominent undertakings involved assisting the delivery of more than 30,000 kilograms of clothing to underprivileged people in Sikkim, India. 

Furthermore, he provides free schooling, food, and clothing as a lifeline to impoverished and orphaned children from Tibetan, Bhutanese, Indian, and Nepali families. His unrelenting empathy is demonstrated by the fact that he gives individuals in need essential vitamins and prescriptions, exemplifying the idea of love and care for all living things. 

His contributions have earned him esteemed accolades, including the title of "Vajra Master," recognizing his leadership in spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, and empowerment. He was also honored with the title "Kyenchen Dorjee Chang," denoting his mastery of the Nine Yanas, or vehicles, of Buddhist teachings. He also received knighthood from the Royal Maharlika encompassing roles such as protecting the environment, promoting positive changes, and nurturing global peace and unity.
