His Excellency Ivo Josipović to Serve as Chief Guest at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia

Bali, Indonesia – November 12 & 13, 2025 – We Care for Humanity (WCH) and The Royal Maharlika proudly announce that His Excellency Ivo Josipović, President of the Republic of Croatia (2010–2015), will be the Chief Guest of Honor at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia.The 8th WCH Royal Summit will unite world leaders, royals, dignitaries, and humanitarians under one banner of peace, sustainability, and global cooperation. Hosted in partnership with the Sultanate of Magindanaw, the event will take place at the prestigious UC Silver & Gold in Bali and will feature forums, cultural presentations, and the grand WCH Royal Awards Gala.

His Excellency Ivo Josipović is a distinguished statesman, academic, and composer, celebrated for his visionary leadership and humanitarian contributions. Serving as the third President of the Republic of Croatia, he was instrumental in promoting democracy, human rights, and regional reconciliation in Southeast Europe. Born in Zagreb, Croatia, he pursued both legal and musical studies, earning degrees from the University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Law and the Zagreb Academy of Music. He later completed his master’s and doctorate in legal sciences, specializing in criminal law.

Before assuming the presidency, he served as a university professor and member of the Croatian Parliament and contributed significantly to Croatia’s cultural landscape as Director of the Music Biennale Zagreb and Secretary-General of the Croatian Composers’ Society. During his presidency, he was widely respected for advancing Croatia’s European Union accession, strengthening justice reforms, and fostering peace and cooperation among nations. Beyond politics, H.E. Josipović remains an accomplished composer with over fifty musical works performed internationally, merging art and diplomacy as instruments of harmony.

At the 8th WCH Royal Summit, H.E. Josipović will deliver a keynote address during the Humanitarian and Investment Forum, participate in the Grand Opening Ceremony, and join the Royal Awards Gala to honor distinguished humanitarian leaders. Datu Jordan Abas Sinsuat, fondly known as Datu Dikaya III, is a respected figure of leadership, culture, and compassion. As a member of both the Royal House of Maguindanao and the Royal House of Datu Dikaya Kabuntalan, his title signifies not only his noble lineage but also his lifelong dedication to public service and humanitarian development.

A graduate of Mindanao State University – Maguindanao, Datu Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education (Extension) and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA). For over 15 years, he has served in local government—first as Private Secretary to the Mayor and later as Administrative Officer II—playing a crucial role in governance, civic empowerment, and community progress.

Indian Statesman and Global Leader Ponnala Lakshmaiah to Receive Lifetime Achievement Tribute at 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali

The prestigious event will take place on November 12-13, 2025, at the majestic UC Silver & Gold in Bali.

This distinguished tribute will celebrate the extraordinary life and legacy of Sir Ponnala, a Knight of the Royal Maharlika, recognizing his monumental contributions to public service, rural development, and global diplomacy. From his early days to his influential roles as a four-time Minister for the Government of Andhra Pradesh and President of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee, his journey has been one of unwavering dedication to the people.

Jenny Vourexakis Michalopoulou to Be Inducted at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia

Bali, Indonesia – November 12 & 13, 2025 – We Care for Humanity (WCH) and the Royal Maharlika proudly announce that Jenny Vourexakis Michalopoulou, distinguished humanitarian leader and cultural ambassador, will be formally inducted as a WCH Honoree at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia.

Jenny Vourexakis Michalopoulou has led a life defined by global service, cultural engagement, and humanitarian leadership. Born and raised in Piraeus, Greece, she studied at the Jean d’Arc School and Panteion University before embarking on a career in Public Relations. Her early work included key positions with prominent shipping companies such as Chandris Lines in Miami, then the world’s largest cruise fleet, and Olympic Marine in Lavrio.

Her marriage to naval architect Konstantinos Michalopoulos took her around the world, living in 16 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. In each place, Jenny played an active role in fostering community relations and supporting her husband’s professional and cultural endeavors. Fluent in Greek, English, French, and Indonesian, she has used language and empathy as tools to bridge divides and strengthen international friendships.

Beyond her professional and expatriate experiences, Jenny has been a tireless community leader. Since joining Rotary in Jakarta in 1991, she has served as president of Rotary Clubs eight times globally, reflecting her enduring commitment to service and humanitarian ideals. In Greece, she was pivotal in establishing the New Erythraia Rotary Club and later founded the Kapandriti Rotary Club, pioneering inclusivity by welcoming 30 Greek women from the shipping industry.

Her interests in psychology, world religions, and charity work further reflect a life centered on understanding, compassion, and service. Her contributions to international service organizations, women’s clubs, and community projects exemplify her ability to connect people across cultures and continents.

In recognition of her decades-long devotion to global service, Jenny will be honored with the Global Ambassador of Service Award by the Royal Maharlika and We Care for Humanity. The award will be conferred during the Philantourism and Heptapolis event at the Zappeion Megaron in Athens on July 28, 2025, in the presence of distinguished global leaders and dignitaries.

Angela Bir is a seasoned hospitality entrepreneur and director of Park Hall Hotel (Wolverhampton) Ltd, the company behind the distinguished Grade II–listed Park Hall Hotel & Spa in Wolverhampton. Since taking the helm in 2015, Angela has guided the hotel’s transformation into a leading regional destination, renowned for its 74 stylish bedrooms, luxury spa and health club, elegant dining spaces, and extensive landscaped grounds.

Her forward-thinking leadership was most evident in the £400,000 refurbishment completed in 2020, which modernized 20 executive suites with bespoke furnishings and Art Deco flair, while also restoring the hotel’s grand ballroom with Italian marble flooring and state-of-the-art lighting. Councillor Asha Mattu to Be Honored at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia under the Royal Investiture

Bali, Indonesia – November 12 & 13, 2025 – We Care for Humanity (WCH) and the Royal Maharlika are pleased to announce that Councillor Asha Mattu, respected public servant, community advocate, and philanthropist from Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, will be honored at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia under the Royal Investiture as Cabinet Member.

Councillor Asha Mattu is a respected public servant, community advocate, and philanthropist representing Graiseley ward in Wolverhampton since May 2018. Her journey in civic leadership is deeply rooted in her early years at Graiseley Primary School, where she supported children and families, building a reputation for care, equity, and advocacy.

Asha’s most defining achievement is the establishment of the Elias Mattu Foundation in 2019, created in honor of her late husband, former Mayor and long-serving Councillor Elias Mattu. The foundation has become a vital pillar of support in Wolverhampton, delivering food parcels during the COVID-19 pandemic, assisting vulnerable families, and addressing issues of social isolation and hardship. In just its first year, the foundation sustained nearly 500 residents weekly, with added backing from the City Council supplying food boxes for distribution across the city.

Balbir Seimar BEM is a distinguished volunteer leader, environmental advocate, and cultural ambassador from Walsall, United Kingdom. Awarded the British Empire Medal in 2021 for outstanding service to the homeless and the High Sheriff Award in 2025 for her decades of community engagement, Balbir embodies a rare blend of compassion, resilience, and civic leadership.

For over 25 years, she has been at the heart of grassroots humanitarian initiatives. She leads a women’s support group providing food and companionship to homeless individuals, strengthens public trust through the Walsall Police Strategic Community Reference Group, and champions inclusion as a “Stand-by-Me Ambassador”, encouraging the reporting of hate crimes.

Sangeet Wyllie (née Ram) is a distinguished nurse, community health advocate, and volunteer leader based in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. She earned recognition as the first Infection Prevention Nurse at Wolverhampton NHS Trust, where she laid the foundation for infection control and patient safety standards that continue to shape healthcare delivery today.

Currently serving with Vaccine UK, Sangeet dedicates her expertise to advancing health awareness and vaccination campaigns, particularly among minority and underserved communities across the West Midlands. She spends her evenings and weekends directly engaging with families in temples, churches, schools, and community centres, ensuring that culturally diverse groups have access to clear and respectful health information.

Beyond her professional service, Sangeet exemplifies grassroots compassion. She actively assists elderly neighbours and single parents with daily needs, from shopping to hospital visits. Recognizing the hidden struggles of midlife, she founded and runs a mental health support group for women navigating menopause, extending her care beyond formal sessions to provide constant encouragement and guidance.

An active volunteer with Wolverhampton parkrun, she brings energy and consistency to the city’s weekly community 5K event. Albert Wu is a Taiwanese businessman, diplomat, and humanitarian whose influence spans across Ghana and the Philippines. Serving as a Consulate Officer of the Philippine Consulate in Ghana and the Chief Executive Officer of Green Gold Global Group (4G) Biotech Co., Wu has built a reputation for excellence in trading, manufacturing, and agriculture, driving sustainable growth and innovation in Africa and beyond.
Born on March 7, 1970, Wu’s entrepreneurial journey has been defined by perseverance, foresight, and a passion for community upliftment. Under his leadership, Green Gold Biotech has not only thrived as a business but also fostered a culture of social responsibility, ensuring that growth positively impacts employees, customers, and the wider community.

Bali, Indonesia – November 12 & 13, 2025 – We Care for Humanity (WCH) and the Royal Maharlika proudly announce that His Majesty Kiai Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti XII, King of Puri Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti (Puri Ngurah Sibangkaja), will be recognized as Chief Guest & Honoree at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia.

His Majesty Kiai Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti XII, born I Gusti Ngurah Agung Watusila, is the distinguished King of Puri Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti, also known locally as Puri Ngurah Sibangkaja, in Abiansemal, Badung, Bali. Having been formally installed in the sacred Abhiseka Ratu ceremony in 2022, he now carries the ancestral mantle as the 12th in his line, embracing both tradition and modern responsibility.
Raised in a family steeped in leadership and public service, His Majesty is the son of I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Puja, and prior to his ascension, served his community through various roles: as Perbekel, Bendesa Desa Adat of Sibangkaja, and as a member of the Badung Regency’s legislative council (DPRD Badung). These experiences have grounded him in the people’s needs, as well as in the cultural and administrative systems of Bali.
As King, His Majesty Kiai Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti XII is a steward of centuries-old Balinese traditions, overseeing ceremonies, temple rituals, and the spiritual well-being of his puri. Global Humanitarian Queen Mariam Recognized with Honorary Colonel Rank by USNRC

Queen Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura, founder of We Care for Humanity (WCH), has been honored as an Honorary Colonel by the United States National Reserve Army Corps (USNRC). This distinguished recognition, awarded during the Independence Day celebrations on July 4, 2025, celebrates her lifelong dedication to global humanitarian efforts and marks a new chapter in her service—extending her commitment to the United States and its veterans.

The festivities commenced with a lively July 4th Parade in Huntington Beach, California, followed by an official ceremony in Santa Ana. The event was attended by prominent USNRC officials, including Lt. General Gregory Bone, head of USNRC Alabama, and Region IV Chief Major General Randy Nguyen, who officiated the ceremony.

Queen Mariam is an internationally acclaimed humanitarian and the visionary founder of We Care for Humanity, an organization dedicated to promoting education, health, wellness, and the eradication of poverty and discrimination worldwide. WCH operates under the principle of "Spreading Humanity through Education, Health, and International Trade."

Upon receiving the honor, Queen Mariam expressed, “I am humbled and honored to receive the rank of Honorary Colonel. My life's work with WCH has always been centered on service to communities around the globe. This appointment allows me to bring that same spirit of service to the United States, supporting our veterans and communities in need. On May 27, 2025, during the 7th WCH Royal Summit at the Gold Coast Hotel in Las Vegas, WCH awarded the USNRC the Medal of Honor and Valor for their exemplary service. Building on this collaboration, WCH and USNRC have announced a new initiative: a three-month feeding support program for veterans and USNRC members in California.
