Royal Maharlika were pleased to announce HONORABLE VICTORIA SEAMAN, Councilwoman and Candidate for Mayor of Las Vegas, Nevada, as one of the Guardians of Honor of the 5th edition of the
WCH ROYAL SUMMIT. This prestigious event was held at the Flamingo, Las Vegas, Nevada, on the 14th of August 2024.

Victoria Seaman is a dynamic leader who champions practical solutions over the ineffective policies of the past. With rising crime rates and homelessness affecting neighboring cities, Victoria is dedicated to ensuring Las Vegas takes a proactive approach to maintain safety and stability.
Elected in a special election on June 11, 2019, to serve Ward 2, her term was initially set to end in 2021 but was extended to 2022 following Assembly Bill 50. She secured re-election in June 2022 with 55 percent of the vote, extending her term to 2026. Victoria holds key positions on various committees, including the Debt Committee, Yucca Mountain Nuclear Repository Committee, and the Southern Nevada Water Authority (Alt). She also chairs the Audit Committee and advises Chamberlin University and the American Melanoma Institute.
Originally hailing from California, Victoria is proud of her Hispanic heritage, descending from José Antonio de la Guerra y Noriega. Since moving to Nevada in 2005, she has served in the Nevada State Legislature, representing Clark County's Assembly District 34. Her roles included Southern Majority Whip, Vice Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, and Chair of the HOA sub-committee. She holds an associate degree in Political Science from the College of Southern Nevada and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies with a minor in Family Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Victoria has been a vocal advocate for lower taxes, reduced regulations for small businesses, guardianship protections for seniors, human rights, and animal welfare. Her community involvement includes volunteering with Friends of Parkinson's and receiving numerous awards for her leadership and advocacy, such as the International Christian Academy Community and Leadership Award and recognition from Marsy's Law.
With 26 years of business experience, Victoria's entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail have been key to her success. She holds real estate and business broker licenses in Nevada and has successfully founded and sold day spas and high-end skincare product lines. Married to John for 19 years, they share their home with their four cherished dogs: Pierre, Coco, Jacque, and Blu Theo (Bully)
