The Traveling Queen Meets the President of Ghana

In a traditional royal atmosphere, where a chief is on the transition of becoming a Paramount Chief, numerous esteemed figures from Ghana have assembled, including the honorable President Nana Akufo-Addo. During this occasion, a meet-and-greet was organized between the president and Queen Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura, known as Bae Mompong sa Magindanaw and Maha Putri of the Royal House of Luzon Tagalog.

During their conversation, Queen Mariam conveyed her admiration for Ghana's rich cultural tapestry and its commitment to progress and unity. In return, President Akufo-Addo expressed his respect for the Queen's dedication to fostering cultural exchange and understanding. The President's sister also engaged in the discussion.

This event was more than just a gathering of dignitaries; it celebrated friendship and collaboration, highlighting the significance of cultural diplomacy in fostering connections between nations. As the ceremony progressed, guests enjoyed traditional performances that beautifully represented the essence of Ghanaian culture, while the Queen and President continued to honor the occasion and its distinguished attendees.

Maha Putri Mariam extended her heartfelt gratitude to those instrumental in facilitating this meeting, particularly His Majesty Nana Balfour Kwasi Sarpong, Chief of Apejua Mpoanehene, and the WCH Ghana team, led by Elyte Elyte Tuckner Nacher.
