The knighting ceremony honoring the distinguished Honorable Maya Olivia Rumantir was a significant occasion for the Royal Tour delegation. Senator Maya, now officially titled “Knight of the Royal Maharlika,” also serves as an Ambassador for the Sultanate of Magindanaw. She warmly welcomed the Magindanaw royals, fellow Senators, and distinguished political figures from Indonesia, in partnership with the newly appointed Chairman of DPR-RI for the term 2024-2029, the Honorable Sultan B. Najamudin. He too was honored by We Care for Humanity, the Royal Maharlika, and the Sultanate of Magindanaw. 26th Oct 2024, Gowa Makassar- The fifth enchanting stop on the WCH-Magindanaw Royal Tour led to the illustrious Sultanate of Gowa. This official visit commenced with a journey to the royal abode of His Majesty Andi Kumala Idjo Karaeng Lembang Parang Sultan Malikusaid, the esteemed Sultan of Gowa ke XXXVIII.
Upon their arrival, the Magindanaw royals; HM Sultan Sulkarnain Mastura Kudarat VI, the 26th Supreme Sultan of Mahindanaw and HRH Queen Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura, the Maha Putri of the Royal House of Luzon Tagalog and founder of We Care for Humanity, were greeted with a traditional welcome beneath an ornate royal canopy held by vigilant guards, accompanied by a mesmerizing warrior dance performed upon a crimson carpet. The air was filled with the harmonious melodies of traditional Gowa music, played by skilled musicians who seemed to weave magic with their instruments.
Royals from both Sultanates mingled, exchanging stories and laughter, their conversations a testament to the vibrant cultural exchange that was unfolding. In her message, Queen Mariam highlighted that the purpose of the royal tour is to promote cultural exchange and establish meaningful, peaceful alliances between traditional kingdoms, as well as to advocate for peace and unity. 22nd October, Sumedang Larang - Following a triumphant mission in Cirebon, the esteemed delegates of the Royal Tour, including HM Sultan Zulkarnain Mastura Kudarat VI, HRH Queen Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura, and Bai Salima Mastura, arrived at the Kingdom of Sumedang Larang, where they were met with a warm and gracious reception.
The royal festivities unfurled with the kingdom's traditional warrior dance, leading to a welcome address from His Majesty Sri Radya H.R.I Lukman Soemadisoeria, the reigning king of Sumedang Larang. He shared profound insights into the kingdom’s storied past and spoke of the seven ancient crowns of Asia that arose in the earliest epochs, spanning Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Brunei.

The main event kicked off with the much-anticipated Royal Grand Entrance, a beloved tradition of the summit. This was followed by motivational speeches from the Monarchs. This expansion of the Sultanate of Magindanaw's territorial authority also marked the revival of the ancient Kingdom of Luzon. Prominent Filipino figures were honored as members of the royal house, beginning with the esteemed Honorable Imelda Papin, the Director of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), former Vice Governor of Camarines Sur and a renowned legendary singer of the Philippines who has been crowned as Lakambini ng Metro Manila. The Royal House of Luzon Tagalog, also known as the Royal Maharlika, and We Care for Humanity (WCH) were pleased to announce Hon. Cindy Ngoc Tran, Mayor Pro Tem - District 3 City of Garden Grove, CA, as one of the knights and honorees of the Knights of the Royal Maharlika. The majestic knighting was held during the WCH Royal Summit at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas on August 14, 2024.
Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura, the founder of WCH and Chairperson of the summit, extended her congratulations, stating, "We were thrilled to recognize Cindy Ngoc Tran for her exemplary service and dedication to both local and international communities. Her work significantly impacted the lives of many, and we were honored to celebrate her achievements at the WCH Royal Summit."
Born in Vietnam, Cindy Ngoc Tran was elected to the Garden Grove City Council in 2022, she has been a Garden Grove resident since 2009. After serving five years of active duty with the United States Navy, she began her career with the Boeing Company, working on the Delta IV Heavy Load Rocket program and earning the Young Engineer of the Year award as a board member of Boeing's Young Engineering Team.
Council Member Tran has dedicated her efforts to enhancing the lives of local and international Vietnamese communities. She is the principal of Our Lady of La Vang Church and has held numerous community service roles, including vice chairman of the Vietnamese American Federation of Southern California and chairman of the Overseas Vietnamese Women's Association. She also serves as chairman of the Society of Women Engineers.
As a youth leadership advocate, she co-coaches the First Lego League for students at Saint Columban School. Cindy and her husband, David, have three children. Her community goal is to enhance the quality of life in Garden Grove by ensuring neighborhood safety, improving parks and recreation, and promoting support for local small businesses.
She holds two master's degrees in Software Engineering and System Architecture Engineering. Cindy has been involved with several professional and community organizations, including the Aerospace Management Club, Professional Development, Society of Women Engineers, and the Vietnamese American Federation of Southern California.

Thi Phuong Anh Tran, born on May 12, 1983, is a dedicated and compassionate leader from Vietnam, currently serving as the CEO of WORD OF LIFE Europe. With a strong background in academia and international management, she has accumulated over 15 years of experience as a Ph.D. university lecturer and international manager in both Vietnam and Germany.
Phuong Anh's humanitarian efforts are a significant part of her life's work. She has been deeply involved in organizing WORD OF LIFE events aimed at fostering a prosperous and loving community. These events, held in Ho Chi Minh City in 2023 and Hanoi in both 2023 and 2024, have positively impacted numerous individuals, spreading hope and support across these regions.
Her dedication and contributions have been recognized by WORD OF LIFE, with CEO Nguyen Thanh Nhan presenting her with prestigious awards, highlighting her exceptional leadership and service.
