Albert Wu is a Taiwanese businessman, diplomat, and humanitarian whose influence spans across Ghana and the Philippines. Serving as a Consulate Officer of the Philippine Consulate in Ghana and the Chief Executive Officer of Green Gold Global Group (4G) Biotech Co., Wu has built a reputation for excellence in trading, manufacturing, and agriculture, driving sustainable growth and innovation in Africa and beyond.
Born on March 7, 1970, Wu’s entrepreneurial journey has been defined by perseverance, foresight, and a passion for community upliftment. Under his leadership, Green Gold Biotech has not only thrived as a business but also fostered a culture of social responsibility, ensuring that growth positively impacts employees, customers, and the wider community.
Wu is also recognized for his humanitarian contributions, having supported projects such as the St. Nicholas Charity Foundation in Ghana, which benefits over 100 students; the Orthopedic Training Centre in Adoagyiri Nsawam, assisting children with disabilities; and organizing cultural and charitable events like the “Play it Forward: Filipino Music Night”, benefiting ABS CBN Lingkod Kapamilya and UNICEF Philippines.

Bali, Indonesia – November 12 & 13, 2025 – We Care for Humanity (WCH) and the Royal Maharlika proudly announce that His Majesty Kiai Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti XII, King of Puri Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti (Puri Ngurah Sibangkaja), will be recognized as Chief Guest & Honoree at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia.
His Majesty Kiai Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti XII, born I Gusti Ngurah Agung Watusila, is the distinguished King of Puri Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti, also known locally as Puri Ngurah Sibangkaja, in Abiansemal, Badung, Bali. Having been formally installed in the sacred Abhiseka Ratu ceremony in 2022, he now carries the ancestral mantle as the 12th in his line, embracing both tradition and modern responsibility.
Raised in a family steeped in leadership and public service, His Majesty is the son of I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Puja, and prior to his ascension, served his community through various roles: as Perbekel, Bendesa Desa Adat of Sibangkaja, and as a member of the Badung Regency’s legislative council (DPRD Badung). These experiences have grounded him in the people’s needs, as well as in the cultural and administrative systems of Bali.
As King, His Majesty Kiai Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti XII is a steward of centuries-old Balinese traditions, overseeing ceremonies, temple rituals, and the spiritual well-being of his puri. He is committed to preserving the cultural heritage of his kingdom - in art, architecture, ritual practice, and community welfare, while also engaging with modern challenges and opportunities, promoting harmony between cultural identity and development.
