Angela Bir is a seasoned hospitality entrepreneur and director of Park Hall Hotel (Wolverhampton) Ltd, the company behind the distinguished Grade II–listed Park Hall Hotel & Spa in Wolverhampton. Since taking the helm in 2015, Angela has guided the hotel’s transformation into a leading regional destination, renowned for its 74 stylish bedrooms, luxury spa and health club, elegant dining spaces, and extensive landscaped grounds.

Her forward-thinking leadership was most evident in the £400,000 refurbishment completed in 2020, which modernized 20 executive suites with bespoke furnishings and Art Deco flair, while also restoring the hotel’s grand ballroom with Italian marble flooring and state-of-the-art lighting. Councillor Asha Mattu is a respected public servant, community advocate, and philanthropist representing Graiseley ward in Wolverhampton since May 2018. Her journey in civic leadership is deeply rooted in her early years at Graiseley Primary School, where she supported children and families, building a reputation for care, equity, and advocacy.

Asha’s most defining achievement is the establishment of the Elias Mattu Foundation in 2019, created in honor of her late husband, former Mayor and long-serving Councillor Elias Mattu. The foundation has become a vital pillar of support in Wolverhampton, delivering food parcels during the COVID-19 pandemic, assisting vulnerable families, and addressing issues of social isolation and hardship. Balbir Seimar BEM is a distinguished volunteer leader, environmental advocate, and cultural ambassador from Walsall, United Kingdom. Awarded the British Empire Medal in 2021 for outstanding service to the homeless and the High Sheriff Award in 2025 for her decades of community engagement, Balbir embodies a rare blend of compassion, resilience, and civic leadership.

For over 25 years, she has been at the heart of grassroots humanitarian initiatives. Sangeet Wyllie (née Ram) is a distinguished nurse, community health advocate, and volunteer leader based in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. She earned recognition as the first Infection Prevention Nurse at Wolverhampton NHS Trust, where she laid the foundation for infection control and patient safety standards that continue to shape healthcare delivery today.

Currently serving with Vaccine UK, Sangeet dedicates her expertise to advancing health awareness and vaccination campaigns, particularly among minority and underserved communities across the West Midlands. She spends her evenings and weekends directly engaging with families in temples, churches, schools, and community centres, ensuring that culturally diverse groups have access to clear and respectful health information.

His Majesty Kiai Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti XII, born I Gusti Ngurah Agung Watusila, is the distinguished King of Puri Agung Anglurah Mambal Sakti, also known locally as Puri Ngurah Sibangkaja, in Abiansemal, Badung, Bali. Having been formally installed in the sacred Abhiseka Ratu ceremony in 2022, he now carries the ancestral mantle as the 12th in his line, embracing both tradition and modern responsibility.
Raised in a family steeped in leadership and public service, His Majesty is the son of I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Puja, and prior to his ascension, served his community through various roles: as Perbekel, Bendesa Desa Adat of Sibangkaja, and as a member of the Badung Regency’s legislative council (DPRD Badung).
