We Care for Humanity's Hat Soiree in Las Vegas a Resounding Success, Benefiting Children with Autism


We Care for Humanity (WCH) celebrated a successful "Hat Soiree" on October 5th, an afternoon of elegance, fashion, and philanthropy that raised funds to acquire special toys for its beneficiary, Autism & Behavioral Consulting Services.

The glamorous event, held in Las Vegas, was spearheaded by the WCH Las Vegas Chapter, under the dynamic leadership of Regional Director Lola Smallen and WCH Humanitarian Ambassadors Leah Halama and Helen Hong. The soiree was held under the patronage of HRH Maha Putri (Queen) Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura, the esteemed founder of We Care for Humanity.

The afternoon brought together a compassionate community, including members of the WCH Los Angeles Chapter, headed by Bai Hong Vo and Bai Thanh Lam, and residents of the Rhodes Ranch Community. The fundraising efforts were a creative success, featuring exclusively designed hats by Lola Smallen and exquisite fashion accessories by Queen Mariam, which were sold to enthusiastic guests. Additional donations from attendees further boosted the funds raised for the noble cause. A highlight of the evening was a vibrant fashion show where guests joyfully modeled their new hats and accessories, filling the room with energy and camaraderie.

The following day, October 6th, the WCH delegation fulfilled its mission. Led by Queen Mariam and the Las Vegas Chapter, the group visited Autism & Behavioral Consulting to personally deliver a generous donation of interactive and colorful toys designed to support the therapy and development of children with autism. The WCH team was given a special tour of the state-of-the-art facility, followed by a productive meeting with the center's management to forge lasting connections and plan future collaborative engagements.

"This event was not just about raising funds; it was about raising spirits and creating a circle of care around these wonderful children. His Excellency Ivo Josipović to Serve as Chief Guest at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia

We Care for Humanity (WCH) and The Royal Maharlika proudly announce that His Excellency Ivo Josipović, President of the Republic of Croatia (2010–2015), will be the Chief Guest of Honor at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia.The 8th WCH Royal Summit will unite world leaders, royals, dignitaries, and humanitarians under one banner of peace, sustainability, and global cooperation. Hosted in partnership with the Sultanate of Magindanaw, the event will take place at the prestigious UC Silver & Gold in Bali and will feature forums, cultural presentations, and the grand WCH Royal Awards Gala.

His Excellency Ivo Josipović is a distinguished statesman, academic, and composer, celebrated for his visionary leadership and humanitarian contributions. Serving as the third President of the Republic of Croatia, he was instrumental in promoting democracy, human rights, and regional reconciliation in Southeast Europe. Born in Zagreb, Croatia, he pursued both legal and musical studies, earning degrees from the University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Law and the Zagreb Academy of Music. He later completed his master’s and doctorate in legal sciences, specializing in criminal law.
Before assuming the presidency, he served as a university professor and member of the Croatian Parliament and contributed significantly to Croatia’s cultural landscape as Director of the Music Biennale Zagreb and Secretary-General of the Croatian Composers’ Society. During his presidency, he was widely respected for advancing Croatia’s European Union accession, strengthening justice reforms, and fostering peace and cooperation among nations. Beyond politics, H.E. Josipović remains an accomplished composer with over fifty musical works performed internationally, merging art and diplomacy as instruments of harmony.

Datu Jordan Abas Sinsuat, Datu Dikaya III to Be Honored as “Man of the Year” at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia

– We Care for Humanity (WCH) and the Royal Maharlika proudly announce that Datu Jordan Abas Sinsuat, Datu Dikaya III, a distinguished royal leader and humanitarian from Maguindanao, Philippines, will be honored with the prestigious “Man of the Year Award” at the 8th WCH Royal Summit in Bali, Indonesia.
Datu Jordan Abas Sinsuat, fondly known as Datu Dikaya III, is a respected figure of leadership, culture, and compassion. As a member of both the Royal House of Maguindanao and the Royal House of Datu Dikaya Kabuntalan, his title signifies not only his noble lineage but also his lifelong dedication to public service and humanitarian development.
A graduate of Mindanao State University – Maguindanao, Datu Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education (Extension) and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA). For over 15 years, he has served in local government—first as Private Secretary to the Mayor and later as Administrative Officer II—playing a crucial role in governance, civic empowerment, and community progress.
Beyond government service, Datu Dikaya III leads as President of the Datu Dikaya Clan and Board of Director of SKDOP, championing cultural preservation, unity, and leadership within his community. His notable humanitarian efforts include large-scale rice distribution programs in the Municipality of Datu Odin Sinsuat, addressing food insecurity and supporting vulnerable families across Maguindanao.
